Description
The Clinical Unit Leader – Southside Medical Center coordinates patient care and nursing staff on a designated unit, adjusts schedules and assignments, supports the unit in the absence of the unit leader, rounds on patients, facilitates admissions, transfers, and discharges, and participates in quality improvement and interprofessional care coordination. The role requires a current RN license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, and two years of nursing experience with at least one year of clinical experience in the desired acuity level.
