The Clinical Unit Leader/Lead RN/Charge Nurse coordinates patient care and nursing staff on a designated hospital unit, adjusts schedules and assignments, supports clinical decision-making, leads rounds, facilitates admissions, transfers, and discharges, and promotes quality improvement, safety, and staff development. The role requires a current RN license, at least two years of nursing experience with one year of clinical experience in the desired acuity level, and a preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
