Description
The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse who provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients, families, and significant others; advocates for patient outcomes; collaborates with an inter-professional team; and follows the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards. The role requires an on-call rotation, the ability to reach the hospital within 30 minutes, an 80-hour workweek, and prior operating-room experience as an RN. An associate degree in Nursing and a valid Ohio RN license are required, along with current CPR certification at hire.
