Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides resident assessments, develops care plans with healthcare professionals, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes, supervises certified nursing assistants, and ensures compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements. The role offers $40–$45 per hour and is available as full-time, part-time, or PRN, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, training, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
