North Shore Community Health is hiring an RN Trainer to serve as an Access Registered Nurse delivering direct patient care across Salem, Peabody, and Gloucester sites while also leading RN onboarding, clinical training, mentorship, workflow standardization, and competency tracking. The role requires a current Massachusetts RN license, CPR certification, at least five years of ambulatory or primary care RN experience, EHR proficiency, and the ability to travel between sites; some evening or Saturday coverage may be required. The salary is $93,000 to $115,000.
