Starr Regional Medical Center is hiring a full-time Emergency Room Registered Nurse for rotating 2pm–2am night shifts. The role provides initial and ongoing patient assessments, care planning, direct patient care, staffing support, transfers, and supervision of nursing and support staff. Applicants need an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, an active Tennessee RN license, BCLS certification, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care are preferred.
