Northwell Health is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Float Pool at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. The role provides professional care for a group of patients, performs assessments, develops and implements care plans, coordinates interdisciplinary functions, and evaluates patient outcomes. The position works 36 control hours on the night shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekends and holidays as contracted, and requires a Connecticut RN license, BLS certification, and an associate's-level degree. The salary range is $46.30 to $67.77 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available to eligible external candidates.
