Description
The RN Clinical Float Pool provides patient assessment, care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making while floating among departments and sites within the organization. The role requires an associate degree in nursing, a current nursing license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS certification based on specialty assignment, plus one year of acute-care registered nurse experience. A BSN and EPIC training are preferred. The position offers a minimum salary of $34.33 and a maximum of $54.93, along with medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
