Mercy Health is hiring a Progressive Care (Stepdown) Registered Nurse for The Jewish Hospital. The role provides nursing care to patients, assesses and prioritizes patient needs, develops care plans, coordinates care across hospital departments, advocates for patient safety, and administers medications safely. The position requires current RN licensure and at least one year of RN experience; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, as is six months of acute-care hospital RN experience. BLS or ACLS certification is required, with ACLS required within six months of hire.
