Description
The Registered Nurse Manager will lead nursing practice and resident care on an assigned unit, supervise nursing staff, manage staffing and unit budgets, support quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and coordinate care plans and emergency responses. The role requires five years of clinical experience, including one year in gerontology, a current or unencumbered New York State RN license, and adult CPR certification; nursing management experience is preferred. The schedule is five shifts per week, Monday through Friday, during the day, with pay of $93,000 to $101,000 annually.
