Description
Positive Care is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight, nursing services, health education, care coordination, and wellness support across developmental disabilities, veteran, housing stabilization, and other community-based programs. The role includes assessments, care planning, medication monitoring, crisis support, interdisciplinary coordination, documentation, compliance, training, and outreach. A current Georgia RN license, accredited nursing education, CPR certification, and strong clinical assessment and documentation skills are required; 2–3 years of nursing experience and experience with vulnerable populations, healthcare coordination, electronic health records, or clinical oversight are preferred.
