Heritage Grove Estates is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its night-shift nursing team in Topeka, Kansas. The RN will provide direct skilled nursing care to residents, perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, respond to changes and emergencies, supervise and delegate to CNAs and other nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, document in the electronic medical record, follow infection-prevention and regulatory requirements, and support resident safety and quality initiatives. An active Kansas RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current CPR or BLS certification are required; skilled nursing or related post-acute experience is preferred.
