Description
The role implements and evaluates nursing education and professional development programs across assigned departments and facilities, supporting orientation, RN residency, preceptor programs, coaching, mentoring, competency assessment, learning technology, and performance reporting. It requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse licensure, BLS AHA certification, and at least five years of relevant experience, including three years in a related specialty and two years in leadership or professional development project management. The position supports Magnet and Pathways to Excellence initiatives and partners with clinical stakeholders to improve nurse-sensitive outcomes and other performance metrics.
