Mercy Health is hiring a Nurse Educator for its Toledo Regional Office to implement and evaluate nursing education and professional development programs, support RN residency and preceptor programs, coach and mentor staff, integrate learning technology, and monitor program performance against clinical and organizational outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse licensure, BLS AHA certification, and at least five years of relevant experience, including three years in a related specialty and two years in leadership or professional development project management.
