Description
The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse who partners with patients, families, and significant others to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support and advocate for patient outcomes. The role uses the nursing process and evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload, collaborates with the inter-professional team, and follows the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulatory standards. The position requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a valid Ohio RN license, and no prior job-related experience; it is full time, requires 80 hours per pay day, and includes an on-call rotation with a 30-minute hospital response requirement. The role also requires multitasking, basic computer knowledge, strong organization, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
