Description
The DMC Registered Nurse provides and manages patient care for a group of patients and families, collaborates with physicians and other healthcare providers, delegates and evaluates care activities, monitors patient progress, prepares patients for discharge, and participates in shared decision-making. The role also includes leadership, teaching, and supervision, and requires graduation from a school of nursing, Michigan RN licensure, and American Heart Association BLS certification; a BSN is preferred.
