Description
Memorial Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Orthopedic Unit (4E). The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing various orthopedic surgeries, including total joint replacements, spine surgeries, and fracture fixations. They will also manage patients with complex wounds and those recovering from traumatic injuries using orthopedic devices. Key responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, implementing interventions, evaluating progress, delegating tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel, communicating effectively with healthcare teams, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. A sign-on bonus opportunity of $20,000 is available.
