Description
The Pain Center Ambulatory Registered Nurse provides clinical care for patients undergoing invasive pain procedures, office visits, and phone-based pain-management issues. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, pre-procedure preparation, medication administration, assisting with procedures, post-procedure care, discharge education, follow-up, referral review, medication-policy and diagnostic-testing guidance, and insurance prior authorization. The role requires an associate degree in nursing, an Ohio RN license, BCLS certification, one year of med-surgical nursing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
