Shady Grove Medical Center is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for its Float Pool Level III. The role provides bedside patient assessment, care planning, intervention, documentation, delegation, mentoring, quality participation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program, have one year of relevant clinical experience including ICU experience, hold a current Maryland nursing license, and maintain BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required by specialty. The position is per diem, pays $70 per hour, requires three 12-hour day shifts per week, and includes medical and prescription insurance under the Base Plan and a 403(b) retirement plan.
