Description
The role coordinates interdisciplinary patient-care plans and programs for a defined patient population and serves as a clinical, patient, community, educator, and consultant. Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care, multidisciplinary care planning, quality-program development, education, documentation, quality monitoring, process improvement, and possible research participation. The position is non-management, requires an associate degree in Nursing and three years of nursing experience, and requires a current RN compact or multistate license. It is a day-shift role in the Corporate - Columbia - Taylor at Marion location within the Pharmacy System Support department.
