Mercy Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Progressive Care (Step down) at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The role provides nursing care to patients, assesses and prioritizes patient needs, develops care plans, coordinates care across hospital departments, advocates for patient safety, and administers medications safely. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred but not required; current RN licensure is required, while BLS or ACLS certification is preferred at hire and ACLS must be obtained within six months.
