Mercy Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Progressive Care (Step Down) at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The role provides 36 scheduled weekly hours on the night shift and serves as the service-line bridge between Med-Surg and ICU units. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, care coordination, quality improvement, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred but not required; current RN licensure and BLS or ACLS certification are required, with ACLS required within six months of hire.
