VON Canada is hiring a permanent part-time Registered Nurse for its Shift Nursing program in Brantford, Ontario. The nurse provides autonomous, holistic home and community care for medically fragile and technologically dependent children, adults requiring chronic or complex care, and palliative clients. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, primary care, wound care, chronic disease management, IV therapy, CVAD and dialysis management, phlebotomy, rehabilitation, palliative care, medication management, and related nursing services. The role requires Ontario RN licensure, a driver's license, personal vehicle, vehicle insurance, background checks, PPE use, and the ability to meet physical demands.
