Description
The DMC Registered Nurse (RN) is a member of the Patient Care Services Team responsible for providing and evaluating patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers, delegating care to team members, monitoring patient progress, preparing patients for discharge, and participating in shared decision-making. The role also involves leadership, teaching, and supervision. Graduation from a school of nursing, Michigan RN licensure, and American Heart Association BLS certification are required; a BSN is preferred.
