Benchmark Human Services is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse, RN Trainer to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention for adults in its Intensive Treatment Service Homes. The role trains and oversees Direct Support Professionals in medication administration and delegated healthcare tasks, supports medical appointments and transitions of care, maintains health records, and provides nursing on-call coverage. The position requires a current New Hampshire RN license, experience with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and/or mental illness, and a valid driver’s license; community or long-term nursing experience is preferred.
