Description
The Transitional RN Fellowship is a full-time or part-time program for registered nurses who have graduated from an accredited nursing school and have at least one year of RN experience, including backgrounds such as home health, school nursing, nursing instruction, long-term or extended care, public health, occupational health, and hospice. The fellowship provides standardized, evidence-based training, collaborative learning, mentorship, and debrief coaching to prepare nurses for acute-care settings. It requires a valid Ohio Registered Nurse License and current BLS certification; a BSN is preferred. Shifts are available at 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m., with 72- or 48-hour pay periods and monthly start dates.
