The role includes overseeing unit operations, implementing employee policies, mentoring nurses, maintaining standards of care, reviewing resident records and quality of care, addressing resident or family concerns, and representing the unit to upper management. Candidates must hold a valid state RN license; long-term care and charge nurse experience are preferred, along with strong computer and communication skills.
