VON Canada is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for their Visiting Nursing program in Trenton, Ontario. The role involves delivering person-centered care to clients in their homes, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing various aspects of patient care such as wound care, chronic disease management, IV therapy, phlebotomy, dialysis, rehabilitative programs, and palliative/end-of-life care. Candidates must be licensed Registered Nurses in Ontario, possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
