VON Canada is hiring a permanent part-time Registered Nurse for its Visiting Nursing program in Chatham, Ontario. The nurse provides autonomous, holistic, person-centred care in clients’ homes, clinics, virtually, and through community outreach, including assessments, care planning, primary care, wound care, chronic disease management, IV and CVAD management, phlebotomy, dialysis, rehabilitation, palliative care, medication management, education, and counseling. The role requires Ontario Registered Nurse licensure, a driver’s license, personal vehicle, vehicle insurance, criminal and potentially vulnerable-sector/child-abuse checks, and PPE use.
