VON Canada is hiring a permanent, part-time Registered Nurse for its Visiting Nursing program in Owen Sound, Meaford, Saugeen Shores, and Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. The role provides person-centred home and community care, including assessments, wound care, chronic disease management, IV therapy, phlebotomy, dialysis management, rehabilitation, palliative care, and medication management. Nurses must be licensed in the province of practice, have a personal vehicle and driver's licence, pass a criminal records check, and be able to wear PPE. The position offers 45 biweekly hours, a salary of CAD 31.39–39.22 per hour, and benefits including health, dental, and long-term disability coverage.
