Description
The RN Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing services to maintain high-quality resident care. This includes initiating and assisting in developing resident Plans of Care, ensuring timely notifications to physicians and guardians regarding critical changes, evaluating emergencies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The supervisor also participates in staff meetings, conducts rounds, and supports nursing personnel during shortages.
