FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their team. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring proper resident care, developing and implementing nursing care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, administering medications, monitoring staff adherence to safety regulations, and performing other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, prior experience as an RN in a nursing community, and a strong desire to care for residents.
