Description
The RN Supervisor assesses and monitors clients’ health needs, coordinates and provides nursing services, conducts substance abuse and toxicology assessments, follows up on referrals, maintains patient health records, provides patient and staff education, and supervises the nursing team. The role also requires on-call nursing, documentation, compliance oversight, and efficient prioritization. A New York State Registered Nurse license and experience in a substance abuse treatment setting or special populations are required; supervisory experience, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and AVATAR electronic health records experience are preferred.
