Description
The Surgical ICU Registered Nurse provides direct, coordinated, and primary nursing care to critically ill surgical patients in a 10-bed unit, including invasive monitoring, ventilator management, thrombolytic procedures, and other intensive-care interventions. The role requires a part-time schedule of 24 hours per week, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with every third weekend and holiday rotation, and includes sign-on, shift, and weekend differential eligibility. Applicants must have a diploma or associate degree, one year of RN experience, a registered nurse license upon hire, and BLS certification; ICU experience and a BSN are preferred.
