Description
The Clinical Nurse is a full-time Registered Nurse working the 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. shift in the Transitional Care Unit/Med Surg department at Miami Valley Hospital. The role provides physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients, families, and significant others; uses the nursing process and evidence-based practice; collaborates with the interprofessional team; and maintains compliance with Ohio nursing standards. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, a BSN or enrollment within five years of hire, a valid Ohio RN license, and current AHA BLS certification; prior job-related experience is not required.
