Description
The position provides professional nursing care through the nursing process, meeting the needs of patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams through communication, coordination, and evaluation. It requires current New Jersey nursing licensure, American Heart Association BLS, ACLS within six months, a dysrhythmia course within three months, and annual 8 CE in Stroke. The role also requires enrollment in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduation by the third employment anniversary, with BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
