Description
The Baltimore County Government is hiring a Registered Peer Supervisor to manage Peer Recovery Specialists in peer support programs. The role supervises recovery specialists, evaluates their performance, maintains confidentiality and ethical boundaries, supports recovery planning and peer mentoring, and assists with program data and outcome measures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Maryland Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and Registered Peer Supervisor certifications, a valid Maryland class C driver's license, the ability to obtain a security clearance, and no current involvement in the criminal justice system. The position is grant-funded, requires 34 hours per week, and is not classified under the Baltimore County Government Classification and Compensation Plan.
