Aviso is hiring a Registered Plans Administrator for a six-month assignment on its Operations team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Registered Plans, the role processes registered plan requests on CIRO platforms, handles deregistrations, unlocking, and specialized withdrawals, ensures regulatory deadlines are met for RESP, RRSP, TFSA, RRIF, and FHS plans, audits registered plans, resolves escalated issues, and monitors regulatory changes. The position requires postsecondary education or equivalent experience, 2–3 years of financial-sector experience, strong communication, organizational, analytical, and customer-service skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The expected salary is CAD $46,000 to $55,000 per year.
