Aviso is hiring a Registered Plans Administrator for a six-month term on its Operations Team. The role processes registered plan product requests, including de-registration, unlocking, and specialized withdrawals; ensures registrations, contributions, and withdrawals meet regulatory deadlines; responds to inquiries; completes CIRO audits; coordinates with tax, estates, transfers, new accounts, and client account maintenance; and monitors trustee and regulatory changes. Candidates need post-secondary education or equivalent experience, at least two to three years of financial-industry experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and English fluency; French is an asset. The position offers an expected annual salary of $46,000 to $55,000 CAD.
