Bayfield Manor Retirement, part of Southbridge Care Homes, is hiring a part-time permanent Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Kemptville, Ontario. The role provides resident-centered long-term care, including monitoring and documenting residents’ conditions, following physicians’ orders and care protocols, coordinating care activities, assisting with nursing and personal care staff management, and supporting new-staff training and development. Candidates need current Ontario nursing competence certification and registration or eligibility with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario; long-term-care experience, bilingual English/French ability, communication, prioritization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are relevant.
