Southbridge Care Homes is hiring a temporary part-time Registered Practical Nurse in Kitchener, Ontario, reporting to the Director of Care. The role provides medication administration, treatments, assessments, care-plan development, resident monitoring, and multidisciplinary care coordination, while also supervising and orienting nursing and personal-care staff. The position is scheduled for evenings from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., pays $34.04 per hour, and ends on December 1, 2027.
