Description
VON Canada is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse for its part-time Shift Nursing program in Niagara, Ontario. The nurse will provide autonomous, person-centred home and community care to medically fragile children, technologically dependent clients, adults needing chronic or complex care, and palliative clients. Duties include assessments, primary care, medication administration, wound care, chronic disease management, specimen collection, rehabilitation, and palliative care. The role requires an Ontario RPN license, a valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, criminal and potentially vulnerable-sector or child-abuse checks, and the ability to use PPE and meet physical demands.
