Carvana is hiring a full-time, hourly Registration/Titles Specialist to work in person at its Tempe, Arizona headquarters. The role manages vehicle title transfers and registrations from document review through final transfer, coordinates with customers, DMVs, lienholders, and internal partners, resolves complex title discrepancies, processes registration packets, and notarizes customer documents. The position requires 1–2 years of administrative, data-entry, or customer-facing experience, strong attention to detail, system navigation skills, and the ability to obtain Remote Online Notary certification or a local notary commission within 90 days. Compensation starts at $16 per hour and scales to $18 or more by the one-year anniversary, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
