LaBella Associates is seeking an entry-level Regulated Building Materials Technician to support environmental remediation and regulated or hazardous building-materials projects. The role combines office and field work, including site observations, abatement monitoring, asbestos hazard assessments and sampling, inspection and report review, technical data preparation, and consultation on construction issues. It requires knowledge of PADEP and related regulations, frequent travel and work in hazardous construction environments with personal protective equipment, and occasional extended or modified schedules. A science, engineering, or construction-related associate degree or bachelor's degree, environmental or construction experience, relevant PADEP/USEPA certifications, communication skills, and MS Office experience are preferred; training is provided.
