ICON is hiring an office-based Regulatory Affairs Admin Assistant to support regulatory operations, product registration, and lifecycle management. The role coordinates regulatory submissions and application fees, maintains compliance and regulatory databases, monitors application statuses, supports post-approval changes and product renewals, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least one year of regulatory affairs experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and willingness to work four days per week at the client office in BGC.
