Description
The role manages regulatory requirements, standards, controls, evidence, audits, and compliance processes for infrastructure-based building management. It coordinates with authorities, internal specialist departments, service providers, and the Board; advises on regulatory and organizational issues; and drives continuous improvement. The position requires a relevant degree, several years of building, facilities, or real estate management experience, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks, control and audit processes, and ideally occupational and building safety law.
