Regulatory Counsel at Direct Relief

Direct Relief is hiring a Regulatory Counsel to support compliance with laws and regulations governing the wholesale distribution and export of prescription drugs, medical devices, nutritional products, and food supplements. The role advises on federal and state pharmaceutical regulations, FDA and other government oversight matters, supply-chain integrity, fraud and abuse statutes, export controls, audits, and related policies; represents the organization in inspections and investigations; and mitigates legal and regulatory risks. Candidates need at least five years of relevant legal experience, a J.D. or L.L.M., California bar admission or equivalent authorization, and experience with government oversight agencies and pharmaceutical distribution laws.
