Description
The Product Governance Manager will manage product governance and documentation for Japan-domiciled products while supporting Global initiatives. The role ensures compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements, implements regulatory changes, supports governance approvals, improves documentation processes through technology or offshoring, and coordinates complex projects across investment, operations, risk, compliance, and other stakeholder functions. It requires investment management experience, fund documentation and trustee experience, project management skills, computer literacy, and excellent Japanese; business English is preferred.
