Description
The Regulatory Manager oversees regulatory strategy, ingredient compliance, product integrity, and brand trust across the full product development lifecycle for Badger, leading a direct report and coordinating cross-functional work with Quality, Innovation, Lab, Scale-Up, and external regulatory partners. The role focuses on horizon scanning, ingredient and formula review, label and packaging approval, claims and certification support, scale-up/tech transfer documentation, and project management to ensure products remain compliant while enabling innovation.
