Conexon is hiring a full-time hybrid Regulatory Programs Analyst to support the development and implementation of federal and state broadband, voice, and telecommunications programs. The role involves regulatory filings, RDOF milestone tracking, speed and latency testing analysis, program research, policy and procedure development, data integrity, reporting, and coordination with rural electric cooperative partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and knowledge of broadband and VoIP regulations and products. It is hybrid, with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
